About the Role:

Vivre Panels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter dedicated to hiring for operational and sales profiles. The role involves driving recruitment for head office operations, branch office setups, and on-ground operational teams to support the companys growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, sales, and support roles.
  • Plan and anticipate hiring needs based on sales growth and business expansion.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and cold calling.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and upcoming roles.
  • Handle offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and ensure timely joining of new hires.
  • Maintain daily recruitment reports and share updates with the HR Manager and management team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in operational and sales hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
  • Proven experience in cold calling, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and job portals.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused.
  • Capable of handling bulk and niche operational hiring.
  • Experience in branch setup or field operations hiring will be an advantage.
