Job Title: Human Resource Leader

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading our human resources and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory compliance, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling performance management, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

They will be responsible for supervising general administrative functions, managing company assets, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Additionally, they will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure that HR strategies align with the organization's goals and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities also include addressing employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, as well as monitoring employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.

With 7+ years of experience as a HR Manager in a similar role, the successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results, demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities, and exhibiting a high level of organizational skills.
