Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our business leaders in Secunderabad, India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
  • Onboarding: Assist with talent acquisition, from coordinating interviews to facilitating new hire formalities.
  • Performance Management: Support managers through performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching conversations.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct fun activities, games, and coordinate events.
  • Exit Formalities: Coordinate employee relieving by conducting exit interviews.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR needs that align with business goals.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Strong Ethical Standards: Commitment to confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field from recognized university.
  • 1-3 years progressive HR experience, significant portion within BFSI/BPO industry.
  • Proven track record partnering with business leaders, implementing impactful HR initiatives in fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of unique HR challenges and opportunities, such as high attrition, shift management, large-scale hiring.
  • Languages: Telugu, English

This role requires strong HR knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in HR and 1-3 years of progressive HR experience. We are looking for someone who can partner with our business leaders to identify and address HR needs, while maintaining strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
