The Human Resources and Administrative Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the organization's human resources and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Conduct performance management and annual appraisals to foster growth and development.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Monitor employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and adherence to HR best practices.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee records and HRIS systems.
- Administration:
- Supervise general administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee company assets management and office operations.
- Lead security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Support organizational events and activities.
- Arrange travel and logistics for staff.
- Manage administrative budgets and costs.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- MBA degree
- 7+ years of experience as a HR Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
