Job Title: Human Resources Manager

A dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager is sought after to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization.

This includes recruitment, performance management, policy development, employee relations, compliance, office management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR strategies align with the overall business strategy and foster a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Manage performance management processes and annual appraisals ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to reflect organizational changes and best practices.
  • Monitor employee morale, engagement, and satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
