About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Retention Marketing Specialist to drive customer loyalty and retention strategies across various channels.
This full-time, remote role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who can scale our retention engine and contribute to the growth of our D2C e-commerce business.
Your Mission:
- Develop and execute comprehensive retention plans that boost repeat purchases, shorten reorder cycles, and foster brand loyalty.
- Design customer journeys that resonate emotionally with pet parents, increasing their lifetime value (LTV) and driving revenue growth.
- Analyze and optimize LTV metrics, churn rates, and loyalty indicators to inform data-driven decisions.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retention marketing for D2C e-commerce.
- Proven success in scaling Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels.
- Expertise in Klaviyo, QuickReply, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft high-converting content for various channels.
- Solid understanding of LTV models, cash flow, churn reduction, and customer loyalty principles.
- Proficiency in automation workflows and ChatGPT prompting.
