Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual technical support specialist to join our global team. As the first point of contact for users across various regions, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient issue resolution through calls, emails, and chats.

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle technical support related to mobile devices and services, working closely with international teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot mobile device and connectivity issues
  • Log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–6 years of experience in international voice process / technical support
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish & English
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
