Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical assistance to internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate customer feedback in written and verbal formats
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal support from the development team, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team through effective collaboration
  • Assist QA lead with quality assurance activities to ensure product excellence
  • Support the deployment of new applications across multiple platforms, including web-based business applications and mobile interfaces
  • Test and evaluate new releases to identify potential issues and propose workarounds for customers when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in tech support for web-based business applications and mobile interfaces, requiring adaptability and technical expertise
  • Working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, and AWS cloud infrastructure, along with proficiency in debugging tools, API integration, and database management
