**Job Description:** As a Banking Partnerships Sales Development Leader at Mswipe Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and expanding partnerships with banking and enterprise clients to support the merchant community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaising with banks and coordinating with internal teams on a daily basis for smooth operational execution.
  • Managing relationships from inception to execution and adding value to the product as per partner requirements.
  • Acquiring new banking partners for payment products of Mswipe.
  • Holding strategic discussions with potential partners to onboard them for a product that benefits both Mswipe and the partner.
  • Identifying potential, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing sales strategies, and determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.

**Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development and sales in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to meet targets.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.

**Estimated Salary: ₹10,50,000 - ₹16,00,000 per annum.
