Job Title: Business Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and build relationships with clients.
  • Clearly articulate company products and services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Convert leads into opportunities through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to strengthen client retention.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA (Marketing/Finance) or equivalent Graduate degree with a minimum 3 years of tele-calling / customer relationship experience.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Exhibit excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Showcase goal-driven, self-motivated behavior with the ability to work under targets.
  • Display good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
