Business Growth Manager

Are you a results-driven business professional seeking to drive growth in the Indian staffing market? We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve significant revenue growth and market share expansion.

  1. Extensive experience of driving business development in India Staffing is essential.
  2. Strong understanding of all models of business (Staffing, MSP, Payrolling) is required.
  3. A proven track record of generating revenue of 15Cr+ with a gross margin of 35% YoY is necessary.
  4. Ability to convert connects (large deals in India staffing) from captives, large SI, enterprise clients is crucial.
  5. Strong customer base in Mumbai/Pune region is desirable.
  6. Must possess a good productive database of decision makers.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  8. Hands-on experience with MS Excel and power point presentations is necessary.
