Your Role
You will be working independently as a Senior Customer Support Representative to utilize your expertise and experience in serving customers in Ontario, Canada.
You will be responsible for addressing order queries, providing solutions to issues, and offering the best of our services.
Regardless of the channel (phone, email, or chat), your communication should reflect a highly professional manner with an empathetic approach.
Requirements
- Excellent business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
- A laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc. and readiness to learn new tools if required.
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process includes:
India office interview
Head Quarter (Canada) office interview
Trial for a week or two weeks (depending on requirements)
(More rounds of interview depending on requirements)
Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote position with a 9-hour work schedule from Monday to Friday between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am and occasional weekend availability.
