Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- A customer-oriented individual
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- A quick learner and excellent decision-making skills
