We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be proficient in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software. They will also have a good understanding of management practices and techniques.

Responsibilities include responding promptly and effectively to student inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information about courses and policies, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with students.

Other responsibilities include proactively reaching out to students to understand and address their concerns, monitoring and evaluating student feedback and ratings, addressing and resolving student complaints and concerns, staying up-to-date with company course offerings and updates, collaborating closely with the product team, and keeping accurate records of student interactions and issues.

The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include having a minimum 1 year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and customer support software, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of management practices and techniques.
