Sales and Business Development Manager

The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share for the Hyatt Corporation. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Increase market share by a minimum of 10% within the first year.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with at least 50 key clients and stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
