We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth and expansion for Harishmane Infratech Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective sales strategies, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and generate new leads.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, build trust, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize business operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
