Project Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Director to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have the ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. They will develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, while also coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.

The Project Director will also be responsible for managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Additionally, they will identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.

They will track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Furthermore, the candidate will provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello is essential.

A strong understanding of formal project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills are also essential.
