Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager (Program Manager)

Experience: 7–15 years of progressive experience in project management and technical expertise.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and AB testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic project plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects.
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies and mentor teams to enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
