Retail sales associates are the face of Naukripay, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a customer service expert in this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping environment that meets the needs of our diverse customer base.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled retail sales associate to join our team at Naukripay. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing cash transactions, maintaining inventory levels, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the showroom and stockroom areas.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and update records to ensure accurate tracking.
• Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and rotating products to maintain an attractive storefront.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements
• 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer
Naukripay offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
