FMCG Commercial Associate
About the RoleThis position is responsible for delivering optimal sales, margin, and customer experience by transforming data into actionable plans and executing changes across all formats.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of category performance analysis and CDT (Customer Decision Tree) implementation to drive better assortment architecture and category strategies.
We are looking for a skilled professional to work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance in-store visibility and execution, optimize price positioning, and promotional effectiveness.
The role requires leveraging digital tools for better category performance forecasting and utilizing data analytics, market research, and customer insights to optimize category performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on category performance analysis and CDT implementation to drive better assortment architecture and category strategies across all formats.
- Ensure categories deliver optimal sales, margin, and customer experience by transforming data into actionable plans and executing CDT-led changes.
- Define category roles (Traffic, Destination, Impulse, Service) and price tiering to enhance customer perception.
- Work on the category planning process, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial and customer value proposition (CVP).
- Define the optimal assortment strategy across hypermarkets, supermarkets, and online channels.
- Ensure category assortments reflect customer preferences, price positioning, and omnichannel needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance in-store visibility and execution.
- Leverage digital tools for better category performance forecasting.
