Job Title: Commercial Strategy Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional to lead our commercial strategy efforts for Premium Non-Alcoholic beverages in Brand Extensions business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive top line growth Pan India, focusing on increasing market share and profitability.
  • Develop sales plans, strategies, and policies to sustain market share and achieve higher value realization.
  • Formulate policies and guidelines for channel partners like dealers, distributors, and stockiest.
  • Scan the environment to understand competitor activities, demand-supply scenario, and regulatory issues.
  • Initiate market intelligence system to provide monthly information on potential data, competitors' activities, new product opportunities, and other changes in the environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA from Tier 1-2 institute with minimum 8-10 years of experience in FMCG, non-alcoholic beverage product category development, or gourmet foods industry.
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Territory Manager with strong network of distributors and sub-distributors.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of having led successful teams, great understanding of local markets, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with ability to work with minimum instruction and supervision.
