Job Description

Deal Closure SupportOversee the opportunity close process working with sales, pre-sales from a commercial perspective for proposals, approvals, contract managementWork closely with the sales team to support them in closing deals and achieving targetsCollaborate with legal and finance for revenue management and a faster deal closure cycle timeContract ManagementSupport the contract management processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the pipeline processWork with account management and legal for contract negotiations with new and existing clients, ensuring favorable termsOversee the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to renewal, ensuring compliance and profitabilityCommercial Strategy & Execution:Provide a detailed analyses on the commercial terms across contracts and scope of worksBe the custodian of all renewals and help oversee contractual obligations * Further develop commercial strategies to achieve revenue targetsFinancial ManagementMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate across teams on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies to optimize profitabilityManage commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company's interests

The Successful Applicant

Experience in a commercial management within a B2B (Product, SaaS, PaaS) environment; preferably with the US, UK, and EU clientsProven track record of driving commercial success. Demonstrated experience in negotiating commercial agreementsStrong business acumen, legal/contractual clauses understanding and a deep understanding of the (Product, SaaS, PaaS) business modelsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisionsProficiency with CRM software and other sales and business intelligence tools including MS OfficeExceptional leadership and team collaboration skillsMaster's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
