
Channel Partners and Business Development Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth by identifying and onboarding channel partners, brokers, and agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong local market knowledge of the region, excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills, and be self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new partnerships to enhance revenue streams
- Build and maintain relationships with external property consultants
- SOURCE verified clients through established networks and references
- D Rahistically increase registrations and bookings by activating partner network
- Plan and execute meetings and field visits with key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow
- Provide regular feedback and market insights
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel development
- Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused individual
- Preference for owning a vehicle
