
Strategic Channel Development Lead

We are seeking a professional to strengthen and expand our Channel Partner network. This is a high-ownership role where you will manage real estate channel partners, drive new home sales, and ensure continuous partner engagement through meetings, events, and activations.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand and nurture a strong Channel Partner network in Bangalore.
- Drive new home sales by sourcing deals from channel partners.
- Conduct CP meetings and onboard new partners in assigned micro-markets.
- Ensure retention and maximize engagement with existing partners.
- Organize workshops, events, and engagement activities for CPs.
- Handle partner concerns and provide proactive support.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication & relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in channel partner management is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler (mandatory) for field visits.
- Consistent work history with 1–2 appraisals in the same organization preferred.
