Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Coordinator to join our team. As the key liaison between clients and nutritionists, this role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless communication and successful client outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain consistent daily communication with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and messages
  • Send reminders, motivational quotes, and check compliance with client plans
  • Monitor client progress, mood, and motivation using Google Sheets
  • Elevate any issues (health concerns, emotional setbacks, non-compliance) to the Head Nutritionist for prompt resolution
  • Maintain strong rapport and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the nutritionist to update or modify client plans as needed
  • Provide weekly summaries of client progress to the team and clients
  • Foster referrals by delivering exceptional support experiences

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills – warm, clear, and motivational tone
  • High level of organization and discipline when managing follow-up tasks
  • Sincere empathy and genuine interest in clients' health journeys
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Drive
  • Bonus points for basic knowledge of lifestyle principles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in any field
  • Certificate or Diploma in Counselling/Health Sciences
  • Fluency in Hindi and English languages
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
