Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description:The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
This includes managing daily operations, supervising staff, and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee business-related processes such as purchasing/leasing of new office space, contracting, and vendor management.
- Perform routine upkeep and maintenance of HO & Branch offices, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades to facilities.
- Supervise Housekeeping services, Security Services, and Cafeteria, ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Procure and maintain office assets like AC, UPS, EPABX, and other equipment.
- Liaise with Government authorities (PT/S&E/Electricity) for necessary permits and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations in maintaining company documents and files for record-keeping purposes.
- Manage facility budgets, including operating and capital expenses.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, VISA processing, and facilitate employee relocation.
- Assist with special projects, such as events, campaigns, or initiatives.
- Conduct Branch audits and maintain various MIS for management reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for success in this role.
