Pharma Syrup Export Manager Job Opportunity

Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Executive to manage import and export activities for our client's pharma syrup manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, customs clearance, and compliance.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Manage import and export documentation, including preparation and submission of relevant forms and certificates;">
- Coordinate with Clearing House Agents (CHA) to ensure seamless customs clearance processes;">
- Arrange freight bookings and track vessels to ensure timely delivery;">
- Prepare and submit license applications to DGFT;">
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure coverage and resolution of claims;">
- Monitor and manage bank payments, adhering to all terms and conditions;">
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of BRCs and Bill of Lading documents;">
- Prepare and submit monthly Excise reports (ER-1 & ER-6) and weekly excise returns;">
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate effective import/export activities;">
- Communicate with authorities, customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient import/export operations.">
Requirements:

- Proven experience in import and export management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;">
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, laws, and procedures;">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly;">
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as International Trade, Logistics, or Business Administration.">
