Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, and contributing to strategic planning and execution. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and sales procedures.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Allocate tasks based on individual team member strengths and ensure timely execution.
- Support in budget planning, inventory management, and cost-effective resource allocation.
- Conduct regular training and provide ongoing support to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Regularly meet customers to understand their needs and strengthen business relationships.
- Assist with financial reporting and tracking sales budgets.
- Travel as required to support team members and customer engagements.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree is a must; a Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in Pharma Distribution or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of pharma/FMCG products and market trends.
- Proven skills in prospecting, selling, and negotiating within the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in team handling and managing performance-based sales operations.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
