Senior Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position that involves leading a business unit and driving team performance to meet daily service level metrics with high accuracy.

You will be responsible for providing mentorship and development to direct reports and meeting quality, customer experience, and efficiency requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Accountability for specific engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing claim personnel including hiring, training, performance assessment, workload delegation, coaching, and motivating for improved quality and quantity of work
  • Understanding practice and portfolio objectives and driving strategy for assigned portfolio with regular status updates and KPI tracking
  • Driving transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, and process improvement using standard methodologies and benchmarking
  • Engaging with customers to address pain points and provide direction to the operations team for goal delivery, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team
  • Aligning with customer goals and delivering on commitments consistently
  • Foreseeing risks, being proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans
  • Building impactful customer relationships, improving Net Promoter Score, maintaining existing business, and driving revenue growth

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 14 years of experience within the relevant domain and skill
  • Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects preferably in the L&A Domain with extensive exposure to managing large teams
  • Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time and budget
