Key Financial Leadership Role

The Group Finance Director position involves overseeing the financial strategy and operations of a global organization.

This leadership role requires a finance expert with strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in corporate finance.

  • Lead and oversee financial planning and budgeting across group entities and business units.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage forecasting, financial reporting, and capital allocation processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.

A high-performing finance team will be built to support these efforts.

Candidates should have CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualifications and 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
