Job Opportunity: Corporate Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in resolving complex corporate issues. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in banking or consulting, and possess exceptional analytical skills to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mid-market and emerging large corporates, ensuring timely resolution of financial challenges.
  • Regularly monitor borrower accounts, perform follow-ups, and maintain updates on account developments.
  • Advising borrowers in turnaround situations, developing sustainable business plans, and creating rehabilitation packages.
  • Managing stressed assets through interaction with companies, performance monitoring, and adherence to stipulated terms.
  • Designing and implementing early warning triggers for allocated accounts, closely monitoring operational and financial performance.
  • Formulating recovery strategies post-factoring legal options.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Reading and understanding entity financials, involving credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of various industries and RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
  • Familiarity with legal forums and applicable laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws, etc.
  • Satisfactory note making skills and strong command over written and spoken communication.
