Drive business success in the fast-paced world of leasing. We're seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Lease Management team, specializing in corporate legal operations.

The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases globally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lease Query Resolution: Process and prioritize lease-related queries via email, categorizing inquiries by office, residential, and vehicle leases.
  • Legal Review and Feedback: Assist in reviewing business case drafts and lease agreements, providing feedback based on internal guidelines and legal standards.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during lease review stages, ensuring compliant communications and proper documentation.
  • Streamlining Approval Processes: Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from Directors and the Executive Committee.
  • Facilitating Signatures: Identify appropriate signatories and assist in securing signatures when required.
  • Compliance through Proper Documentation: Prepare Lease Sign Off Forms (LSOF) for regional office leases due to local mandates, ensuring forms are signed by authorized personnel.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Organize records of all signed lease agreements for audit and compliance purposes.

This role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements.
