Commercial Leasing Specialist Role
We are seeking a seasoned commercial leasing professional to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and executing comprehensive sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels to expand the customer base and create opportunities for business expansion.
- Identify and prioritize key decision-makers to present business opportunities effectively, emphasizing the importance of swift communication.
- Achieve 6-8 meetings per week to enhance market penetration and foster business expansion.
