Job Title: Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Director to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management of financial risks.

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of finance professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial policies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Experience with financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
