Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Leader to spearhead our team of alternative investment operations professionals.

  • Lead a team of specialists, ensuring operational strategy and project involvement accountability.
  • Develop the operational framework for financial accounting, tax reporting, and client services.
  • Perform duties including accurate financial reporting, vendor sourcing, and operational due diligence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.

Additional qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa include:

  • Experience in Securities Operations or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide direct reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administration, developing policies, and collaborating with professionals at all levels.

The goal is to achieve objectives by allocating people and financial resources effectively. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring effective operational due diligence.
