Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our financial operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial systems, ensuring fiscal discipline, and driving strategic financial planning.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Provide cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis advice to leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure optimal financial performance.
- Oversee daily accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
- Implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
- Recommend and implement financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.
Education: CA / MBA (Finance) or CMA preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
Skillset: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
