About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to drive growth and expansion at Unacademy. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy Development:
    • Define and implement sales growth strategies that align with our company goals
    • Identify new market segments and opportunities for expansion
    • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
    • Develop sales plans with clear goals, metrics, and target customer profiles
  • Sales Team Management:
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
    • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress against goals
    • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
    • Utilize data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and optimize marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate with product teams to identify potential product enhancements based on customer feedback
    Requirements
    • Proven track record of success in driving significant sales growth in a fast-paced environment
    • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and account management
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
    Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
