Senior Sales Strategist

Aimhire.io is India's fastest growing internet commerce company, and we are hiring a Senior Sales Strategist to lead our sales efforts for AI/ML-driven SaaS products.
Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist - AI Product Solutions
Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,200,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
- IDentify and engage prospective clients to promote voice bots, sales bots, and automation tools.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product demonstrations and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client concerns and ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling SaaS products, especially AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as voice bots, sales bots, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with enterprise and SMB clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline.
