Regional Category Expert Job Description

The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving LEAD's mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive expansion of our educational services by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
    • Act as single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
      • Support school growth through engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
        • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to Key Account team.
          • Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
          Ideal Experience Profile:
          • 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in team leadership roles.
          • Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
          • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
          • Ready to travel across the given Territory/Zones.

This role requires deep understanding of educational landscape and ability to build strong relationships with school leaders. The ideal candidate will have proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new partners, while driving growth and maximizing student learning outcomes.
