Chief Innovation Officer for Artificial Intelligence

   Matrimony.com Ltd, a leading Wed-Tech company, is seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation across personalized matchmaking, fraud prevention, and customer engagement using data science.

   As the Chief Innovation Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the AI/ML roadmap that powers our matchmaking platforms, integrating AI and LLM's to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality, and leveraging recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and overall CX/RX.

  •    Innovation Leadership: Define and execute the AI/ML strategy that drives business growth through personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  •    Team Building & Collaboration: Build and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  •    Cross-functional Partnership: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.
