Job Title:

Leads a team of analysts to deliver high-impact analytics packs with actionable insights.

Owns service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions, driving strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Develops and implements financial planning and analysis transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize key tasks.

Partners with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.

Drives annual planning by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Coordinates close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepares content for senior leadership reviews.

Develops sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and delivers deep-dive financial analytics for informed decision-making.

Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
