Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead Financial Planning: Prepare annual budgets, analyze expenses, and ensure alignment with targets.
  • Analyze Financial Results: Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Support business units with performance analysis and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Long-term Financial Planning: Oversee reporting processes and ensure robust internal controls on reporting accuracy.
  • Operational Financial Controls: Handle revenue/sales growth, expense and margin management, and financial goal tracking.
  • Strategic Advisor: Provide financial guidance to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability as a strategic advisor to local Market Financial Director.
  • Complex Financial Data Management: Manage complex financial data and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Business Controller Experience: Proven experience in Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • Certifications: Should have (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • International Environment: A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. They will also have a strong technical skill set, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
