Job Title: Chief Procurement Strategist

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as a Chief Procurement Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks;
  • Promote strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition among team members;
  • Monitor compliance with procurement, legal, and regulatory frameworks;
  • Define RFP templates, procurement models, and evaluation frameworks for large-scale IT projects;
  • Oversight of contract clauses for transition, knowledge transfer, licensing, and ownership of IT assets;
  • Contractual compliance monitoring of system integrators and third-party supplier agreements;
  • Align procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs;
  • Risk assessment, documentation, and governance across procurement and contracts;
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement and contract management;
  • Expertise in drafting and managing complex IT RFPs, vendor contracts, and SLA frameworks;
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud services procurement, and IT infrastructure acquisition;
  • Proficient in aligning procurement frameworks with enterprise application development and architecture needs;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
