Job Title: Chief AI Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, driving business growth through innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Architecture: Develop and oversee the overall architecture for Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering innovation.
  • Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and create a roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives, leveraging expertise in AI/ML, NLP, and large language models.
  • Technology Selection: Decide on the technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment, considering scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and define mitigation strategies to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to drive cohesive implementation and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, incorporating best practices to improve LLM capabilities and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • AI/ML Expertise: Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models, with expertise in architectures like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.
  • Software Architecture: Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles, with hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a strong understanding of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • MLOps: Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models, with a focus on ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders, driving business growth through innovative AI solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
