Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer support team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with service partners to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, handle customer inquiries, maintain service records, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer service goals and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred.
