**Job Summary**
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure, collaborating closely with our Cyber Security team to develop and implement effective solutions to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in IT infrastructure areas, including data centers, storage and backup systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Cyber Security Infrastructure Solutions Specialist will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Providing subject matter expertise on IT infrastructure security best practices and regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining detailed documentation on security controls and procedures
- Participating in incident response efforts to ensure timely and effective resolution of security incidents
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
- No less than 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with a strong focus on security and compliance
- Proficiency in networking protocols, operating systems, and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Familiarity with industry-standard security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability scanning, threat intelligence platforms)
- CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
