Lead Business Loan Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business loan acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the business loan market, experience in managing third-party sales channels, and a proven track record of driving disbursement volumes in a competitive lending space.
- Distributive Sales Development: Identify, onboard, and activate new distributors focused on sourcing unsecured business loans.
- Business Origination: Drive high-quality sourcing of business loan files through distributors, ensuring timely and consistent disbursement performance.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with distributors to ensure partner satisfaction and sustained performance.
- Credit Coordination: Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless login-to-disbursement cycles and maintain service level agreements.
- Training & Enablement: Regularly train distributor partners and their field staff on product features, eligibility, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to internal policies, documentation standards, and regulatory norms while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities in the MSME segment.
- Reporting: Track daily productivity and funnel movement; provide regular sales reports and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Any degree from an accredited institution.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in distributive sales, specifically in unsecured business loans.
- Network: A strong network of active distributors in the local/regional market is highly desirable.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of MSME lending, credit policies, and financial documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Presentation: Target-driven with a solution-oriented approach.
