Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will identify and research potential brand partners that align with our company values, target audience, and business objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Developing compelling sales pitches and presentations to communicate the value proposition of TPM and negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
- Cultivating strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication and support.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute successful brand partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
