Lead Connectivity Business Transformation

Job Purpose:

To drive the growth and expansion of connectivity services by integrating security and cloud solutions. The role owns the full product P&L, defining and executing the product roadmap for all connectivity services.

  • Define Product Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that includes MPLS, DIA, NPLC, IPLC, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and managed services.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve 3X revenue growth and 2X market share expansion in the enterprise segment over the next 5 years.
  • Enable Field Force: Provide productized GTM and sales enablement programs to enhance the performance of the field force.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across solutioning, pricing, delivery, customer servicing, and BI teams to enhance time-to-market and service quality.
  • Build High-Performance Team: Develop and coach a high-performance team in product, solution architecture, and delivery.

Core Competencies:

  • Domain Knowledge: Possess domain knowledge in wireline / enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies (e.g. SD-WAN, FWA, cloud connectivity).
  • P&L Ownership: Proven success in P&L and business ownership with revenue and margin accountability.
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead transformation - product convergence, commercial redesign, new GTM models.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership across product, sales, solutioning, network, and delivery.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Engineering Background: Engineering graduate (preferably Electronics / Telecommunications).
  • MBA or General Management Program: MBA or General Management program from a reputed institution (preferred, not mandatory).
