Technical Support Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Lead to fill this key role. As a critical member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, leveraging advanced analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the overall customer experience and reduce resolution times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles.
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL.
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk; reporting and project configuration experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel; experienced in working with large data sets to identify trends and resolve complex issues.
